Fernando Restaurant at Hac Sa beach. This is the largest natural beach in Macau and is located in the south part of the island.

Fernando's Restaurant, probably one of the best Portuguese restaurants in Macau. This restaurant has been open to the public since 1986 with a nice garden. 

​

The restaurant offers a great variety of signatures portuguese dishes like Bacalao, Portuguese steak and Portuguese style Grilled Chicken, but they have as well in their menu fusion dishes like the Macau style fried rice.

On this opportunity we ordered a beautiful  Balacau, delicious Macau style fried rice  and Portuguese style salad.

The Bacalao is a white fish with soft texture, charcoal grilled with olive oil and garlic, the garlic has an important job to balance the bacalao taste, it has a nice touch with roasted finish on the top. The portion of each meal is designed for sharing, generous size.

​

The place has a seating area indoor and outdoor, is quite big and can accomodate more than 100 customers, the backyard has tradicional decoration with a table football to play and a nice kiosk bar, the waitresses are able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Most of the time you are able to talk and share with the owner in the restaurant. The service time after  ordering is between 15 to 20 minutes.

Fernando's Restaurant is open everyday from 12:00 pm  to 09:30 pm every day.
